I understand that completing this form does not commit either of us in any way and that if you are able to offer accommodation to my party you will write to me on receipt of this request confirming the booking you are willing to make (Booking Details).
Only if I sign the Booking Details and return to you with the appropriate payment (a deposit if there are more than 8 weeks to arrival and otherwise payment in full (Including any security deposit requested) ) will there be an agreement in respect of the booking.
